SUBMISSION FORMATS
For this year’s CXC® Regional Education Conference, two pathways for submissions will be available. All participants are required to submit an abstract and once accepted, they will be further required to submit a PowerPoint presentation by a specified date.
Presentation Pathway: Selected participants are required to submit their completed PowerPoint presentation b 22 October, 2025.
Publication Pathway: Participants who have submitted abstracts for the conference presentation will also have the opportunity to submit their work for consideration in the inaugural publication of the CXC® Journal. Acceptance of papers for publication will be contingent upon meeting the editorial standards and criteria established by the Journal Editorial Board.
OPEN PAPER PRESENTATION
Open paper presentations constitute a contribution to the development of knowledge in the area sub-theme selected. Authors are required to submit original work and must attend the conference to deliver a 20-minute presentation, followed by a 10-minute questions and discussion. Both empirical studies and theoretical conceptual papers are welcomed. The Conference Programme Sub-Committee invites proposals in English, which is the primary language of the conference. Submission should adhere to the following format:
• Abstract: 300 words • Title • Keywords • Author(s) (Include Name, Organisation & email for each author) • Sub-theme
Upon receiving the notification of acceptance, authors are required to submit the PowerPoint presentation, following these specifications:
The name of the primary presenter (note that an individual can serve as the main presenter for only one open paper during the conference);
A maximum of 10–12 PowerPoint slides or other media formats, tailored for a 20-minute presentation.
Appropriate use of visuals, including graphics, charts, tables, and diagrams, to enhance clarity and engagement.
